Aaron's getting a summer do!

Aaron let his 3rd graders shave his head for meeting their reading goals. Just thought I would share the pics!!

  1. I bet his "kids" thought that was pretty fun! Jon actually shaved his head this summer...not for reaching goals but because his hair is getting pretty darn thin anyway. Now Aaron and he will have to watch the sunshine for a while. The sun shines here until about midnight and comes a back at about 4.

  3. My Dear Family....Well got home from knee replacement surgery on Friday July 10th. The doctor took out staples that day and completely released from any restrictions!I don't have to go to physical therapy just to keep doing what I had been. I said why not? He told me that I was far beyond the majority of knee replacers and I was one tough cookie.Imagine that LOL! He said if you can walk around on that terribly deteriorated knee you surely could walk better on a new one! PTL God has been so faithful in his promises to me..I have just experienced much more personal growth and learned how to completely trust in him. I also just read the best book, to grow my spirtual walk with God! It is called "The Shack" by Wm. Paul Young. If you ever read another book PLEASE PLEASE read this one! It truly will bless your life and families. I cried for 45 minutes after I finished it. Roger just happened to call in the middle of my "Holy Eyes" session and it had him in tears too. You truly will witness a personal relationship with God during your time of reading this awesome book. May you and your families be touched by God personally as much as I have...Blessings Bernie (Smiles)
